Extended Care Program

Extended Care Program Policies

The Extended Care Program is a Department of San Carlos School. It is designed to support and supplement the family by providing quality care that promotes students' physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through nurturing staff members in a planned environment.

The Extended Care Program is open from 7:00–8:00 a.m. & 3:00–5:30 p.m. each day. The Extended Care Program provides professional care, supervision, recreation, and enrichment activities. The Program serves families who desire both Catholic school education and supplementary care in a Christian environment.

Activities are planned to complement the philosophy and value systems of the School and the family. The program strives to provide individual attention, security, consistency, and fair treatment for everyone enrolled. The Extended Care Program is available to all students but does require separate registration.

Extended Care Fees

Families who plan to use the program on a regular basis must pay the fees based on the Extended Care Fee Schedule unless they choose to make a one-time payment for the entire amount when registering. Every family that makes use of the Extended Care Program, whether on a regular basis or one-time-only, must pay a non-refundable registration fee. Cost of extended care is included in the enrollment packet.
