Admissions Process

Inquiry Form: Click the link and complete our inquiry form. Once received, we will contact you to share more information, answer questions, and welcome you to campus. You will also be invited to tour or attend an open-house event on campus.

Tour our Campus: The first and most important step in your decision to apply to SCS is to see our campus in action, meet our staff and principal, and learn about our program.

Complete an Online Application: Once you have toured and experienced the campus, the next step is to apply!  The application consists of general questions and a request for recommendations from current teachers.  A $125 application fee will be assessed on the application portal.  The fee decreases by $25 per additional student.

Admission Testing Visit:  All prospective students will visit their peer class to “shadow” for a morning.    This experience allows the student to meet new friends, ask questions, and experience life at SCS independently and firsthand.  It also allows the teacher to get to know the student and administer required admission assessments in math, vocabulary, writing, and reading comprehension.  Once this visitation is complete, families will be notified by mail of the school’s decision regarding acceptance.

Admission Status: After the applicant's application is complete, and the assessments are scored, families will be notified by mail of the school’s decision regarding acceptance. Preference is given to siblings of currently enrolled students, parishioners, and alumni.  Families have two weeks to enroll once they are notified of acceptance.

Enroll. Welcome to SCS!   The enrollment link is sent to families in the acceptance letter. Once completed, families will be welcomed with school, classroom, and room-parent communications!
