Inquiry Form Click the link and complete our inquiry form. Once received, we will reach out to you to share more information, answer questions, and welcome you to campus. Once your inquiry is received, you will be invited to tour or attend an open-house event on campus.
Tour our Campus Seeing our campus in action, meeting our staff and principal, and learning about our program is the first and most important step in your decision to apply to SCS.
Complete an Online Application: Once you have toured and experienced the campus, the next step is to apply! The application consists of general questions as well as a request for recommendations from current teachers. A $125 application fee will be assessed in the application portal. The fee decreases $25 per additional student.
Admission Testing Visit: All prospective students will visit their peer class to “shadow” for a morning. This experience allows the student to meet new friends, ask questions, and experience life at SCS independently and firsthand. It also allows the teacher to get to know the student and administer required admission assessments in math, vocabulary, writing, and reading comprehension. Once this visitation is complete, families will be notified by mail of the school’s decision regarding acceptance.
Admission Status: After the applicant's application is complete, and the assessments are scored, families will be notified by mail of the school’s decision regarding acceptance. Preference is given to siblings of currently enrolled students, parishioners, and alumni. Families have two weeks to enroll once they are notified of acceptance.
Enroll Welcome to SCS! Families enroll each year by the deadline to secure their students' seat. The enrollment link is sent to families in the acceptance letter. Once completed, families will be welcomed with school, classroom, and room-parent communications!
