View Time and Talent on FACTS
To View your Family Time and Talent Hours
Go to your FACTS Family Portal (need help? Go to FACTS HELP for SCS).
Go to the Left Menu and select “Family."
On the Family Home page, select the youngest student enrolled at SCS from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
When the page refreshes with the youngest student's name info showing, the family T & T will appear under “service hours.” Each family is responsible for 50 hours, so the T & T is recorded under the youngest or only student's name, regardless of which family member completed the service.
Cross-reference T & T forms you have turned in to the office if you see discrepancies. The information input comes directly from the T & T forms turned into the office.
Families are required to continue using T & T forms to turn in to the office for all hours and purchases.
