After School Sports (6th-8th grade)
At San Carlos School, athletics are an important part of our commitment to educating the whole child. Our after-school sports program encourages all students to participate and gives them the opportunity to develop skills, cultivate sportsmanship, and practice leadership—all while learning the value of good teamwork both on and off the field. Students are allowed to participate in sports that may have overlapping seasons. Best of all? Everyone gets a chance to play!
Our Middle School teams (6th–8th grade) compete in the Mission Trails Junior Athletic League (MTJAL) and Independent Parochial Athletic League (IPAL).
Parents/Guardians play a vital role in our program and are encouraged to volunteer as coaches. All volunteers must follow the school’s guidelines for campus volunteering.
