What is the San Carlos School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)?
All parents and guardians of San Carlos School students are automatically members of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)— no membership fee required. The organization offers a great way for parents to help plan fun events and fundraise to support the school.
When Are the Meetings?
The PTO meeting schedule is set each Summer and shared with the school community. Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of September, November, January , and the first Thursday of May, either on Zoom or in person.
Check the school calendar and Wednesday Communication for exact dates.
Low-cost Childcare is often available for in-person meetings for current students, fundraising for the 8th grade trip or another event.
Parents/guardians, grandparents, and other family members are welcome!
Attending meetings counts toward family service hours and students whose parents/guardians attend earn a free dress pass.
How Does the PTO Support the School?
The PTO’s fundraising makes a big difference, helping fund:
