The San Carlos School Dinner Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year and lots of fun!
Don't miss our “Viva San Carlos School Dinner Auction” on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. in our Dove Gymnasium and Event Center!
Our evening will include a fabulous buffet dinner by Tutto Buono Catering, special cocktails, beer, and wine, exciting gaming opportunities including Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps, a terrific Silent Auction (online and in-person) featuring priceless class art projects, an awesome DJ, and our ever-popular 50/50 Raffle with the winner drawn live at the end of the evening. Our lucky Jackpot Winner went home with over $32,000 last year!
“Glitz and Glam Attire” is recommended, but please no stiletto heels.

Dear Friends of San Carlos School,
San Carlos School prepares TK - 8th Grade students for academic excellence in high school and beyond while fostering self-confidence, lifelong learning, and the embodiment of Gospel values. Our 292 students are culturally, racially, and economically diverse. Because tuition alone does not cover the costs to educate our children, we rely on community support to continue to provide the best possible education to students throughout the Monterey Peninsula at affordable prices.
We are now preparing for our 38th Annual Auction scheduled for Saturday, March 9, 2024. Our “Viva San Carlos School Dinner Auction” is our primary fundraising activity for the year and typically attracts over 200 participants.
We are currently seeking donations to help raise funds for the school and offset the cost of this event. We are asking for your support in order to make this year a success by donating an auction item and/or service, purchasing ad space in our event program, or becoming an individual or corporate sponsor.
If you (or someone you know) owns a business, please consider donating an auction item and/or service or placing an ad in our program. Community support is critical, and we appreciate your help in advancing our mission-driven work. All gifts are tax-deductible.
