Dinner Auction Fundraiser

The San Carlos Dinner Auction is our school’s largest fundraiser of the year. Due to pandemic restrictions, our 2021 event will be an exciting, virtual "Back to the '80s Prom Night" experience!  Our evening will include a delicious dinner, Cake Auction with a designer purse giveaway, Silent Auction featuring class artwork projects, and our ever-popular 50/50 Raffle with the winner drawn at the end of the virtual event. Our lucky 2020 Jackpot Winner went home with over $27,000!  Click here for the Event Program.

This year's event includes delicious Dinner Packages that feed up to 2 people ($50 each) that will be available for pickup on May 1st from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the New Hall.

Dinner Packages include:
*Taylor Farms Salad and Fresh Rolls
* Choice of Homemade Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna from La Mia Cucina
*Meat - fresh pasta sheets, Bolognese and Béchamel sauces, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
*Vegetarian - fresh pasta sheets, roasted vegetables with Marinara sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
* Special Dessert for Two
**Wine for purchase will be available at pickup while supplies last.

All dinner orders must be placed by Wednesday, April 28th.  Please click on the flyer above to register for the event and purchase dinner packages.

Dear Friend of San Carlos School,

San Carlos School is committed to preparing TK-8th grade students for academic excellence in high school and to become self-confident, lifelong learners who embody Gospel values. Our 308 students are culturally, racially, and economically diverse. Tuition alone does not cover the costs to educate our children; we rely on community support to continue to provide the best possible education to students from our community at affordable prices.

We are now preparing for our 35th Annual Dinner Auction scheduled for Saturday, May 1, 2021. This lovely event is the primary fundraising activity for the school each year and typically attracts over 200 attendees.  This year, our Dinner Auction will be a virtual celebration with unique opportunities to win many exciting prizes to benefit SCS.

We are currently seeking donations for our Silent Auction. We are asking for your support in order to make this year a success by donating an auction item and/or service, purchasing ad space in our event program, or becoming an individual or corporate sponsor.

If you (or someone you know) owns a business, please consider donating auction items and/or services or placing an ad in the program. Community support is critical and we appreciate your support of our mission. All gifts are tax deductible.
